
دكتر هارولد كرزنر استاد مديريت سيستم ها در دانشگاه Baldwin Wallace و رئيس هیات
مدیره شرکت IIL از مشهورترین سازمانهای آموزشی و مشاوره ای مديريت پروژه در
دنیاست،تخصص دکتر کرزنر در زمينه هاى مديريت پروژه و برنامه ريزى استراتژيك
است. او قبلاً در دانشگاه Illinois به تدريس مهندسى و در دانشگاه ايالتى Utah به
تدريس اداره امور تجارى اشتغال داشت. او تجربيات صنعتى خود را در شركت Thiokol كه
مسئوليت مهندسى پروژه و مديريت برنامه آن را برعهده داشت، كسب نمود.
دكتر
كرزنر بيش از 140 مقاله در زمينه هاى مهندسى و تجارت منتشر يا ارائه كرده است.
اوتاکنون بیش از بیست كتاب در زمینه مدیریت پروژه را به رشته تحرير درآورده
است .تاكنون بيش از 200000 نفر در كلاس هاى دكتر كرزنر در زمينه مديريت پروژه
شركت كرده اند. همچنين شركت هاى متعددى در آمريكا، اروپا، خاورميانه، آمريكاى
جنوبى، آفريقا، آسيا و كانادا از مشاوره هاى وى بهره مند گرديده اند.

the
3rd Project Management Conference in Iran
I congratulate holding the 3rd Project Management
Conference in Iran & I am so sorry that I am unable to attend the 3rd IIPMC
Conference because it is final exam week at my college.
Project
management has evolved from an optional process within a firm to a series of
integrated processes necessary to maintain the competitiveness and existence of
the company. Companies now believe that everything within the firm is
characterized as a project and that managing the entire business is being seen
as series of projects.
Historically, project managers were paid to make
project decisions exclusively. Today, project managers are expected to make
business decisions as well as project decisions. Project managers are now viewed
as managing part of a business rather than just a project. Project managers are
being converted into businesspeople rather than merely experts in project
execution.
Some of the current changes in the way we view project
management include:

Performing organizational capacity planning using the enterprise

removal of political barriers.
